For the Honda High Performance Development (HPD) team ALLAN Automatic Sprinkler Corporation of So. Cal. was involved in the conversion of an existing building into a specialized facility for their use. This building is where the Honda racing engines are built and dyno-tested. Most of the building has conventional fire protection. The engine test cells have a double interlocked pre-action system with protection both below the ceiling and under the floor.
